Solid Wax Pastilles Unit
Design capacity: 48 ton/day. Raw material: Hydro treated micro wax
- Oil content wt: max 0.5 - 1%
- Melting point: min 78 °C
- Flash point (closed): min 200 °C
- Viscosity @ 100 °C: 12 cSt
- Colour: 1.5
- Penetration: 11 mm
Finished product: solid wax pastilles ~3 mm diameter. Polyethylene bags of 15 kg.
Hydrogen Unit
This unit produces Hydrogen from Natural gas. Used for oil, wax, hexane and kerosene hydrotreating.

Nitrogen Producing Unit
Two units of Nitrogen in lube oil complex
- Unit "A" Capacity 200 Nm3/h
- Unit "B" Capacity 600 Nm3/h
- Nitrogen shipped to other companies by special car in Alex Petroleum
Wax Molding Unit
Design capacity: 38 ton/day. Raw material specs:
- Oil content wt: max 0.5 - 1%

- Viscosity @ 100 °C: 12 cSt
- Colour: 1.5
- Penetration: 11 mm
Finished product: hard wax plates (46×30×4 cm, 4 kg). Packed 5 plates per 20 kg carton.
